a. For Software Products and Services
Before Development Starts: Cancellations are permitted, and a full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is made before the project development begins.
After Development Starts: Cancellations made after development has started will be subject to a deduction based on the amount of work completed. A detailed calculation will be shared with the client.
b. For Ready-Made Software Solutions
Cancellations must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
A refund will be provided only if the software license has not been activated or used.
c. Subscription-Based Services
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
The service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Return Policy
a. Software Products
Due to the nature of software, returns are not permitted once the product has been downloaded, installed, or the license key has been activated.
if a defect or issue is found, we will provide support to fix the problem or offer a replacement product if the issue cannot be resolved.
b. Custom Development Projects
Custom-developed solutions are not eligible for return as they are tailored to client-specific requirements.
In case of dissatisfaction, we offer post-delivery support to address and resolve concerns.
